Default difference inline pro/ laskey

I've been doing as much research a I can on getting a built bottom end. I'm stuck between inline pro and laskey. Does anyone know the main difference between the two and have any first hand experience. There seems to be a huge price difference as well.

Ive had a shortblock built by laskey for a previous car. I was happy with the build. It was a quality job. I cant say anything bad about them. The only down side was a rear main seal installed incorrectly.

I never had an engine built by inlinepro But a close friend (Tim Grey) has had many in his racecar built by jeremy allen (the engine builder for inlinepro) and let me tell you, That guy really knows his stuff and is super clean and anal. Ive actually had the opportunity to sit in while he did a build for my friend as we spent the day down at inlinePRO just so it could get done in time for a race weekend. If i ever have an engine built it will definitely be through InlinePRO. Not to mention their knowledge for the s2000 and great customer service.

I agree that inline knows the s2000 very well and has built a "bullet proof" engine. Laskey's website says 700 hp + what's it really good for, vs inlines as there is a substantial price difference between the two.

Inlines doesn't have much detail on what it comes with. http://laskeyracing.com/shop/s2000.htm

inline comes with their rods and acl bearings instead of oem.Although i think you can get the pauter rods with their build too. I may be wrong but Inlines price was right arounf the same for a built block. 37-3500

Inlines website says 3995 for a built block. I'm not sure what is included exactly.

5% S2ki discount puts it closer to laskey's pricing
