S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

Dip Stick pops up consistently.

That does work to a point, but oil vapor/fumes/whatever is left after the catch can hurts octane, and directly affects the performance of the engine/tune.

Yea there's only so much you can do in this situation, I guess just vent the block to a atmospheric catch can and change your oil more frequently.

Run that the the other inlet of the catch can. That should solve any/all dip stick issues.

Heres a picture of my setup. AP1 with an 06+ valve cover. Notice I do not have a catch can yet, I am just dumping to the ground by the oil pan plug

You should do a compression/leakdown test first. If the engine is healthy you can just increase the vent size to keep things in check.

Thanks

That occurred to me as well but didn’t say anything. Sounds like excessive blow by. Which isn’t a favorable situation for a motor. Makes me think motors with this situation are permanently wounded.

Smart idea, change the gaskets on the Dipstick, they wear out over time. Turning the dipstick 180 degrees helps as well. If you think you have blow-by issues, do a leak down test.

Did it again. I got concerned and went to Ballistic Motorsports so he could do a compression check for me.

2004 AP2 S2000 with 120k miles. All Cylinders were 255-260 and I dont burn oil. So thats good news. I filliped the dipstick 180 degrees and it seems to be staying that way. Time will tell.

Will keep you all posted.
