Also, keep in mind this:

Different companies size their nozzles differently.

If something is listed at mm/cc/gph min/hr/etc. Make sure your working with the same units, which means you'll need to convert yx into xx across the board. I'm sure you know this, just making others aware.

Also of importance; make sure each nozzle is rated the same. Some companies rate a nozzle @ cc/min @ 150psi, or cc/min @ 250psi. So as you can imagine, it's important to make sure they are all the same. B/c if you split that 150psi x4, you will NOT get the advertised flow @ cc/min.

I settled on my CM stuff over Devils own b/c of a few inconsistencies I found there from their nozzles. Just my experience, yours may vary.

I "calculated" my 180cc/min x 4 would get me into the 700whp range, but it's just an edumAcated guess really.

Yeah Adam I think I am going to get the CM nozzles as well. Its nice that they sell a nozzle with the 90 degree fitting and pushloc all in one without having to piece everything together. Also I thought it was funny that on CM website they have a devils own nozzle and say that the fact that it is recessed risks buildup inside and possible blockage (from pcv im guessing).

I also think it will be good to have similar nozzles that way we can relate to each others setup if we have to troubleshoot or on results.

Now im stuck between the 13n90 and 13n180 there such a huge gap! Something in between would be nice

To change the pressure on the new pump you just adjust the screw thats on the very top of the pump. If you got the AEM pump which is set to 200psi from the factory then a 1/4 turn clockwise puts it to 250psi or 150psi the other way. There is no stop when you get to the 1/4 turn so the best way is to hook up a pressure gauge to the line or just test your injectors with a flow gauge while your adjusting.

You could always get the 180's as well, then turn down the pump pressure, thus flowing less than the given 180cc/min rating?

Adam didn't you say the AEM pump was only 150psi and thats why you upgraded to the 200psi CM pump?

Where did you get the reference for your injector sizing? Even if I run 150psi the 180cc injectors will still be pushing 180x4 = 720cc meth. Shouldn't I be shooting for around 500-600 cc of meth? which I cant seem to get out of the 90cc injectors either?

Your forgetting a very important detail. You get 180cc/min out of 1 injector @ 150psi. Add an additional 3 more injectors and the flow will plumment, and you will not be getting 180cc/min out of EACH injector. W/that said, you bump the pressure ( in my case swapping pumps) to accommodate the flow loss by adding 3 additional injectors, and thats why it seems it's higher than you would think, but realistically it will be somewhat less. It's all an educated guess. Besides, having a progessive controller, doesn't mean it has to be maxed out at any point unless you want it to. Set your peak boost beyond your max target boost, and you won't ever see 100% out of the injector if they are a bit to big.

200 psi pump, if I run out (unlikely imo), I can bump the pressure up anyway.

AEM has had 3 different pumps so far. The newest pump is rated at 250 psi outlet pressure.

The newest pump can be set to 250psi but its leaves the factory set at 200psi.

UPDATE: The aquamist check valves isnt working well at all now... I guess it doesnt take in heat well at all now that its 75+ degrees outside.

I am going to test out the solenoid method now.
