This is the only picture I have of it. I need to send it back to get the boost gauge on right fixed because its not showing right. Other than that I love it. It does not hinder seeing behind you at all.
Can anyone else not see the pic?

I have been wanted to do this when I first saw the gauge in the audio controls two years ago. After having my s2k sit for 2 years finally getting around to get it s/c and putting all my parts on that have been sitting. Since Qube will be doing my led conversion to update things in the cabin I took it as a good time to get the gauge in there while everything is torn apart.
There is a small lip around the gauge as seen in the pics but it's the most flush you can get the Serial Gauge due to the button covers lip but all in it came out great. Looks factory install and I'm glad it to be replacing the three AEM digital gauges for a cleaner look since this one will be doing my boost, AFR & oil pressure.
4 hours later over the span of two days gets you this

You know I would be tempted to pull off that AEM faceplace and fab up a new one in Adobe and print it on high glass paper. Bet you could throw on some Honda logo's or maybe just a AFR label that looked factory. Use the same font as the volume button next to it... That would be clean. Amazing job though.. makes me jealous..

trich101 I was actually thinking about doing that lol. Was asking my fiance what she thought about a few designs I did in cs5 and then I thought about it bubbling overtime etc and just said screw it lol. I also situated the gauge in a way that it will not shift or come loose or move if pressed in. A little ingenuity and a dab of gorilla glue made that gauge pretty solid .

Unless you're putting gauges on for show, you want them somewhere where you can see them easily
when you are pushing the car the hardest. I was going to put mine in the radio door but you have
to look down to see them, and that could be bad if you are at WOT.

Gauges do nothing to worn u wot. Logging helps with that. Gauges are nice to see max boost or air temp or water temp or knock. U just can't pay attention to them when wot.
That being said radio door is best for discrete and a pillar is easiest. I went easy lol. Two serial gauges in a pillar. One stays on o2 and the other usually on iat.
Good setup imo.
