Default Do I need a restrictor for oil feed for BB turbo?

I'm swapping out my old non-BB turbonetics turbo that blew and throwing on my new Garrett GT30 dual BB. I'm about to set up the oil feed tap from my old turbo to the new one, and my friend mentioned that I might need some sort of oil restrictor. I don't have one, I think. What should I do? Will my car run ok for a day or two? I don't want this new turbo to blow and get over fed oil.

Please help!

a 1/16 inch hole is a sufficient oil feed. Something along these lines (depending on the size of your feed line)
