the built motor will FAR outlast the drivetrain at high power levels. as everyone else has said, don't think that it will be a cheap drag project. to make it a competitive drag car at even 500hp, you need about $10k on just drivetrain parts. sucks

A1000 & 4'' exhaust to big? why? I have both, and it doesnt seem to be to big? And I also have 1mm over valves , and I don't think its over kill? Maybe for your car Suzuka_Joe it is , but not to much for a HIGHER HP car.. Better safe than sorry. Just my $.02

My re-build has been the BIGGEST PITA, makes it 10x harder when u didnt do it the first time. Look at my build to see what u might be getting into lol....8 months and going.......
