If it were me, I would just go to a muffler shop and have them cut, weld, or whatever to fix any misalignment issues. It shouldn't cost that much.

Yea, this is what I plan to do, it really only needs less than an inch taken out of the pipe, and a slight rotation.

Yes my muffler is touching the right edge of the cutout for exhaust pipe. Have scheduled a muffler shop said 2 hours
He said T1R could fix but no one complains. Well I'm addressing thing issue. It was said T1R cheated the first radius off
the splitter then really cheated the second radius into the muffler.

Their jig is off 1-1.5" and its going to cost me $200+ to fix their problem,

Anyone else have pipes lopsided, Right side sticking out 1" further than left

Really is a shame for how nice this exhaust is.

WTF??? $1300 and not fit without touching the body??

I've had a Spugen $700 fit PERFECTLY, I've had a cheap Korean ARK system fit nearly perfectly.
damn that's a lot of cash to spend on an exhaust that doesn't fit right. Have you tried contacting T1R directly?

I know it's too late, but i wouldn't consider T1R again, let alone spend $1300 on them. It's not like they are a top brand. Aren't they AJ Racing's brand? the same AJ Racing that is no longer a J's Racing dealer for producing fake J's parts? I know not all top name brand exhaust manufacturers are perfect, but at least they will stand by their exhausts and refund or warranty them for inaccuracies and/or defects. I would stick to the usual Greddy/HKS/Tanabe, etc. that have been around for a long time and have a proven reputation.

Try to get your money back or a partial refund from T1R to at least help pay for the modifications needed to make it fit properly.

I will say I did buy a UPS Return that the mufflers had 3 small dents. Minor dents that would not have caused how OFF this exhaust really is. The system was not crushed out of shape it was manufactured wrong. At T1R someone might have moved the jig at some point in time. I don't want anyone to buy a NEW Fked up system. and Evasive is aware and has not contacted T1R.

I just found their web and sent a note, waiting to see if someone responds

for how cockeyed the system is, a new one would not be worth the retail price of $1300 let alone the $850
for the dented system.

I'm NOT expecting Millimeter perfection just something close.

Yup, glad to see I'm not the only one either. I bought the 63mm over 5 years ago, used, and for a steal. I noticed it was lopsided soon after I installed the system. I'm pretty OCD, but I'm also lazy. The discrepancy isn't tooo noticeable for me; I don't think it's anywhere near 1" off. There's no rubbing or vibration so I just put the issue in the back of my head, and try not to spend too much time looking at the rear end.
I hope you can get your situation worked out.

it is so nice to have one like that it performs.
but it is not so nice for a taiwanese made Exhaust to sell as realy JDM price.

T1R is a knock off JDM made by Ajracing.

Team 1 replied to my email late yesterday with signature "Staff" at bottom. I looks like they are based in Canada.
I sent these photo and description of what is wrong. I don't think allowing Evasive to cut this system apart is a option
I would not buy a hacked exhaust at any price.
