OK so I have a dumb turbo question but was wondering what some of you do regarding it. For the people that have a front mount intercooler and live in a state that requires a front plate, where in the heck do you mount it? Yep I know its a pretty technical question

I am not FI, but when I lived in ohio (required a front plate), I kept the plate under my passenger seat. If I ever got pulled over, i'd whip it out real quick and put in in the dash against the windshield. I refused to put holes in my front bumper. This was on my Celica before I had an S2k, but whatever. I never really had any issues with it.

It doesn't affect airflow that much. They sell an angle mount that may help a little. Check ricks.
