Long answers:
The dyno curve is not the cleanest because I need to improve the tune. You really can't feel any roughness though, other than when the power goes alittle flat at 6600rpm. I should have it smoothed out after my next dyno visit. The pro tuners are giving me tips, I think they are just curious as to what the S2000 can do. They are subie guys - they've got some kickass cars but they were diggin the AP1 sounds at 9,000rpms
The water injection setup is homemade: Sureflow 75psi pump, Omron solid state relay, adjustable pressure switch, fuse, 12V solenoid valve, 3gph spray nozzle, inline fuel filter. I'll post some pictures. There are several WI injection kits available as well - Aquamist, SnowPerformance, etc.
Fun to drive? Its a blast. The car is now right up there with some of my past favorites, and I rarely have the "need" to take it up past 8K rpms. Launching is very easy with the power down low. I've surprised plenty of cars with freeway onramp sprints, passing, and other low speed antics.
The exhaust is the Greddy 70mm downpipe, a Berk 2.5" high flow cat , stock resonator left in place, and 2 Walker Dynomax Ultraflow 2.5" SS mufflers welded in (by me). I left the stock dual pipes in place, but they provide more flow than the rest of the system so I didn't want to fark with them. There is room to improve the exhaust. I think the Ultraflow mufflers are better than Magnaflow. They both have straight through perf pipe inside, but Ultraflow uses continous strand glass packing (Advantex, made by Corning) like Tanabe and HKS mufflers - sounds better, and you will never burn this stuff out. Magnaflow uses SS wool inside.

Your setup sounds awesome. I just purchased the Greddy kit today and am trying to piece everything I'll need together. What size is the AEM tru-boost gauge? 52mm?

Yes, its 52mm. Her'es a couple pics of the AEM Tru-Boost and AEM UEGO wideband. I wanted to stay with the digital theme.

Don't run out
I'm using the washer reservoir - holds alot of liquid, a full tank last about a month. The spray only comes on when boost goes above 2psi.
The ULT holds two tunes - one for WI and one without, just flip a switch on the front panel. The AEM Tru-Boost holds two boost settings as well, and you just push a button. I've got a switch in the cabin to turn the WI system on or off also. Right now I'm putting together the failsafe sensing for my rig.
The best setup with WI injection by far is a good failsafe to know you are spraying correctly. Just buy a good kit that has it built in.

There are plenty of options available to ensure that you're either made aware that the methanol is low or the flow has a blockage, along with plenty of options that ensure you return to wastegate boost levels or lower levels of timing. I had methanol injection on my EVO and it was fantastic... sure as hell beats putting race gas in everytime you want to turn up the boost and it's a lot cheaper. A gallon of methanol lasted me over a month constantly. It's just like checking your oil when you get gas, you check the methanol... it doesn't take a genius. Methanol injection will be going into the S2000 as well. I can't sing it's praises enough. Do some research before you ask a somewhat pointless question and clog up a useful thread.
