Before you keep being mad, are you sure the pulley is 3.9". Are you sure the belt isn't slipping to death?

PSI isn't a good measure of the pulley since depending on your mods, your psi read out can be higher or lower. If you are flowing more it will read a lower psi.

The AEM EMS can take a little bit to start. Turn the key wait about 1-2 second after the fuel pump prime's and then press the start button. It will start pretty quickly if you do it that way.

There's nothing wrong with non-synthetic as long as it's high quality dino oil. I use non-syn in my S2000.

Dyno-ing 31 times isn't exactly a bad thing. If you were expecting a full tune in 3 pulls that's not going to happen.

So here are the probably scenario's without you posting a dyno plot:
a) You have a boost leak
b) Your belt is slipping/pulley is incorrect
d) Your S/C has some major issues

Now it cranks better if I wait a couple seconds.

Thanks.

But for the Dyno Chart I currently don't have a scanner.

1-If there is a boost leak I would assume that King Motors would solve that.

2-If the belt was also slipping I would think they would fix it too.

3-If the supercharger was messed up then they ripped me off $5000+.

Total was over $15 grands put into this car including labor. And I am very dissapointed with the results.

Now for the boost leak and slippage.

How would I check to make sure these problems aren't happening????????????????????

Thanks

Another Question.

Now I have to crank the motor a few times before it will start.

King Motors said that is normal. Does that sound right????
With larger injectors and fuel pump mine was doing the same thing. I learned after a couple of days to do this:

Turn on the ignition and give it a few seconds (like 5) and then hit the button.

When I do this, mine will now fire after three or four cranks.

Maybe their dyno just reads low. Your psi value isn't something that is rediculously low compared to your mods and your engine to suspect anything wrong. Though it should read higher, that reading is off your boost gauge which can just definately be wrong.

A few things on there that king posted that I don't think was a real excuse though:
-The Cal table for the ECT sensor is not correct. You must manually change this.
-The Cal table for the IAT sensor is not correct. You must manually change this.
-The 1052U system which we were using requires that the UEGO cal table be manually entered.
-EMS is not a dual map system which makes tuning the fuel around VTEC more difficult.
1) Manually changing takes about 2 minutes tops.
2) Same as #1
3) Uhhh....no...the calibration tables are built in you just have to load it for the 1052U
4) It's not that difficult and you can have a whole 3D map not just a 2D table.

I don't think 31 pulls was a lot of time and adjusting the IAC & ECT tables doesn't require any pulls so that wasn't an actual excuse.

And I'm actually 19.

I think you would be pissed off if they ran your car over a 100+ miles and dynoed it 31 times.

I was just really mad about how many miles they put on the car.
I know that they will rack up some miles tunning it but didn't think they needed to do it that much.

They are supposed to be "Pros" right????

That is not all that excessive. Personally I'd be happy about a lot of miles since that would hopefully mean they did an extra-ordinary job and made sure everything was perfect....if they started from scratch.

Yeah no kidding
Whats 100 miles anyways, do you think they went out and beat the car?

They have race cars to do that.

Id give clayton the keys to my car if he wanted to drive it 100 miles just because.
