I'm thinking that drum stored e-85 should be run through a filter and a fuel-water seperator. These are available for diesel. Not sure about e-85. Water contamination is the main drawback to this setup especially in humid areas.

Anyone run E85 on their "stockish"all motor setup (bolt ons/tuned), to see the power difference? if any?

I have an MY08, is it necessary to convert to a return style fuel system when going with e85?

I've had E85 sitting in my SHO and STi since November and the SHO was fired up last week just fine. The STi is on jack stands, but will start shortly. My buddy has been storing his car over the winter filled with E85 for 6+ years. Everything is fine on that car.. Runs 10's on the stock long block. Up until this year, he's been running a non-E85 compatible Walbro 255.

I'd like more info on this as well. I've been researching the subject and I just can't find enough people who have done it with returnless.

Ya, I talked to Mike at autowave in huntington beach, ca and he told me that in order to get E85 running efficiently on my car that id have to run a return style fuel setup. Has anyone else done this on a DBW s2k? The only kit that I have seen for this is the inline pro kit? Do most of you do a custom return fuel setup?

You're better off getting the full blown dual hanger pump for the 06+ and then doing new feed and return lines, fuel rail and fpr.
