Inline filters are good for ppl running the pumps outside of the tank meaning some 1 with a sumpted tank... The internal filters work fine

515whp dynojet here on e85 with stock lines running an in tank walbro 400. I could probably push a bit more, but fuel pressure drops about 10psi by redline.

I was maxing out 2000cc injectors at 45 psi base pressure with dual 255's on -8AN feed -6AN drain at 816hp using E85. Since you have 340s but will be on stock lines I would say somewhere around 750-800 as well like g352s2k said.

Joey I would go ahead and just run your own lines man. Why skimp out on something so little and so cheap. I went on Jegs and ordered all the line and fittings for maybe $150.

I would think somewhere around 950-1000 hp but that's uncharted territory for me.
