Default ECU tuning/ upgrade for turbo 03 s2000, please help

apologies as you may find this question naive.
I am new to the turbo upgrade. I have installed turbo t3/t4 kit on my summer car 2003 s2000. Installed myself, this is my first installation. was a great fun project. Pretty sure all well. Have it at 7psi. tested waste gate with compressor as well. It runs well on idle. I didn’t do any modifications to ECU/ fuel management system. Didn’t think it was necessary with 7psi boost.
On test drive on full throttle engine runs lean. I can hear turbo running well. After test drive I assume ECU modification or tuning is required with turbo upgrade.
Could you confirm/ advise? And if I need ECU upgrade can you recommend any products/ processes? Or refer a good link to review?
Thank you

You need engine management, injectors, and a tune now, before you attempt to get anywhere near boost again. If you do boost again, you're going to blow up your engine if you haven't already.

For an 03 without emissions testing, I recommend an AEM EMS. It's incredibly powerful, relatively cheap, easy to tune, and incredibly easy to install. Hondata KPro is nice, but unless you're forced into it due to emissions testing, I wouldn't bother.

Thank you Tim, engine is still ok.

Looking into AEM products,
As I understand my options are:
Series 2 EMS for Honda S2000 2000-2003 - replacement for stock ECU, ~1600$
http://www.aemelectronics.com/series...-2000-2003-457

F/IC-6. Mag Pickup Sensors. 2000-2005 Honda S2000 - in parallel with ECU, ~500$
http://www.aemelectronics.com/f-ic-6...onda-s2000-630
I think this F/IC-6 is one for me as I am looking for ~300hp only and daily drivability.
am I on the right track? Again thank you for a good advise.
