Default Either I'm an idiot

I've tried test fitting my AEM A/F guage into a dual gauge pod like 5 times. I've tried going through the front, going through the back, tried both pods lol. The pod states it for 52mm gauges (which the aem is). WTF am I doing wrong? I'm about to start dremeling lol

Definitely a tight fit but as long as there isn't a defect in the gauge pod it should fit.

I actually had to sand my gauge pod down to get my serial gauges to go in without fear of cracking mine.

Ya I get about halfway in and it won't budge at all... I'm pretty pissed about it.

All gauge bodies vary slightly. If you are using our dual gauge pod, we size them on the smaller side of the range (otherwise, other gauges would fall out). To size the gauge pod, you simply use ~ 100-150 grit sand paper. It should take no longer than a couple minutes.

Awesome I'll give it a shot. PS it isn't an SOS gauge pod (if it was I'm sure the quality and service would be better.

Like Chris said, just hit it with some sand paper. Don't get crazy and try to use a Dremel unless you're really good w/ the sanding barrels on the Dremel.
