Default electronic boost controller mounting

I searched a bit and all I found were f/s threads, gauge pics, and interior pics. I have a Greddy Profec B spec 2 in the mail to me and wanted some ideas on where to mount it. I dont really want it hanging under the dash. That reminds me of some redneck with a CB radio or brings flashbacks to the "old days" and the horrible stereo EQs. I dont want to loose my cupholder and I already have a dual gauge pod on the pillar. Please, someone with a pic or just a good idea, help me out.

1. stick it in your center console
2. if you have the ap1 center arm rest, then remove that small pocket behind the cup holder and then mount your profec b where it was. if i remember right, its almost the same size all around. it would look really clean.

I have mine on the left side under dash right above my knee. I have a turbo timer of the same brand (greddy) symetrically placed on the other side.

Its just easier to run tubing and wires there as its very close to the entrance of the main harness. If yo uwant to be creative and run it to the center console go for it.

I'm thinking the length of hose it would take to mount it in the little pocket might be "less than optimal". How much depth is under that pocket?

That spot would just be in the way of my elbow or hand while shifting unless it was deep enough under./

its easy to pull up your center piece. check it out. its pretty deep. its a little bit deeper than your cup holder, plus your cup holders lid sticks up a little when open anyway so if you had the profec b there, it wouldnt protrude up as high as that. it could easilly go flush. and im actually steeling this idea from seeing it done in another s2k.
