Awe, I did not set it up this way, that makes sense.

I still think he has other problems, that this will not fix.

First off id really like to thank you guys for helping me sort this out.

Did you modify the harness? Was it new from Greddy when you Installed it?
I got the PnP harness used with the emanage from a user on here. I checked over the harness and jumpers several times.

Have you verified all the settings in the Emanage to make sure it is set up for a AP1?
It is set up for an ap1. if someone wants to look at my setup i could send them the current file in the car.
Where did you get your base map to start tuning?

Base map was pritty much all 0s and then i decided to fill it in myself. Yesterday i finally got the auto tune feature to work (had to change temp to Celcius.) Since then i have brought the car up to close to redline with a pritty close afr of 11:1 . I looked at the duty cycle for the injectors this time and at 8500 rpm the duty is up around 97% the afr was at 10(or even lower). So i need to make some adjustment to that. Funny thing is l checked my peak boost during a run and looks like the stock map and my PLX boost gauge registered over 8psi. Now when the charger went in i checked the pulley size and i thought it was 4" so now i think the pulley is not 7psi... hmmm

Have you tied the WB into the Emanage?
Yup PLX wideband

Where did you clamp the Map?

So now i think im looking at replacing the stock fpr with an aem one to bring up the pressure a little. Ive read alot of people having issues with the stock fpr with a walboro 255. Regardless im going to need to lower my duty cycles at higher rpm.

Mark,

Did Greddy ever get back to you on why the map will only update from wideband with laptop hooked up and not on the fly?

Check your I/J setting in the Parameters Settings

You need to have it set up as follows: ( you may not have Map2 tagged to the injectors)

CH Type Map1 Map2
CH-1 +/- 1 1
CH-2 +/- 2 2
CH-3 +/- 3 3
CH-4 +/- 4 4

The ULT has this feature in case you want to
add fuel to a set of primary injector AKA Map1 tagged to injectors 1-4
and a second set of injectors AKA Map2 tagged to injector outputs 5-8

If you need/want to use both fuel maps to add to a single set of 4 injectors you need to set it up as shown above.
Mine is set up like this too. I enabled map 2 and got the auto tune to adjust the injector values (reason why i did this is to see how far out my values were in map1.) They actually werent that bad. Needed more fuel at 6k.

My vtec is set at 5500 for now and i have my timing -2 degrees after 6k and if the boost goes over 7psi (which it looks like its doing) i have another -2 degrees to play it safe until i hit a dyno.

Should i be adjusting timing based on throttle vs rpm. or pressure vs rpm. Right now im doing pressure vs rpm.

To make A/F feed back work by putting the temp in C.

I thought this was common knowledge at this point….I have told this to probably over 100 owners now.

-------------

Vader no never got a reply back from G. on why the A/F only populates the secondary map when the lap top is plugged in with the latest version.

From ever indication I have seen the A/F still does its thing with out laptop but you do not get the adjustment values next time you plug in the laptop.

This is why I am always saying you need a good base map ( dyno tuned for your car) then turn on A/F F/B to make adjustments as needed for changes in environmental conditions that may require slight adjustments of fuel.

The A/F F/B is not something you use to create a tune it supplements a professionally tuned car.

Adjust timing based on pressure vs rpm.

Do any of you guys have issues withthe car wanting to stall. I had the car stall a couple times when off the throttle even if i push in the clutch and let off the gas but still going 20mph. the afr goes way lean then stalls. I did some research and did find that the short term fuel trims should first be set before any adjustments. (i had slightly more fuel being added at -0.2psi so i changed the scale to say 0 in that row and filled it all in with 0s to see if that helps..reset the ecu and start over staying out of boost.
