definitely check your fuel pressure! Do you have any mods other than the supercharger? Like exhaust or test pipe?

Like TelosHelos mentioned, check the signal line to the (RR)FPR for leaks or kinks ..... it's the one item that would explain the entire situation (single mode of failure trouble shooting).

Update, me and RT checked that the ems and map sensor are working correctly, we took another fpr and swapped with mine, we found that it did nothing to change the lean condition so its not the fpr, we took out the fuel pump, inspected, nothing out of the ordinary, left the filter sock off and ran again but still the same issue. The only thing left we figure to try is check the fuel pressure with a guage, but don't know how to do this or where it connects. Can somone tell me how to do this? Does it connect on the fuel rail somehow and we need to see it wile i'm driving/boosting. A local guy has another Walboro 255 pump that we are going to swap and see if this works. By the way mine is brand new.

replacing the comptech rising rate regulator does not entirely rule out the possibility of having a bad vacuum line connected to it unless you replaced that too. did you?

a fuel pressure gauge will attach where the old regulator does - on that banjo bolt fitting for the ct regulator. the B&M kit i'm pretty sure includes the longer banjo bolt to make it all fit together.

Walbro's go bad, even out of the box. I'm pretty sure that is your culprit since you tried a few other things already.

Oh and you misspelled emergency.

Checked vacuum line, after inspection for any splits or loose fittings, took one end off and blew into - could not blow through so checked out fine.

Yes they go bad and are sometimes bad out of the box. They are our only option without going radical in the fuel pump department though...
