Engine Stuttering

If I hold the throttle at 5000 Rpms, the engine hesitates, like it doesn't know what to do...has anyone heard of this??

if its not your pump and you have OEM plugs installed, check the bypass valve on the sc and make sure its working.

also, is it stuttering at full throttle at that rpm or high vac/ low throttle?
