Default Engine Torque Damper

I'm boning up on the trade-off options/differences between upgrading the mounts and using an engine torque damper to help preserve the OEM mounts. My question relates to SC installations with the Kraftwerks C38: Is there an effective engine torque damper which can be mounted on that setup? I've read some impressive reviews of the Ingalls, but their bracket which mounts it to the engine interferes with the Kraftwerks SC bracket.
And as a general question, what do you guys do to address the issue of the OEM mounts having such a short life?

In order to dampen torque, you must first have torque. Accordingly, I am very hard pressed to believe that engine torque in the S2000 is in any way a factor in engine mount longevity.

Get aftermarket mounts that arent fluid filled such as innovative, ballade oem+, or vibratechnics. With these an etd shouldnt be necessary but will still help with "engine flex".

He's FI'ed. All stock mounts tear and leak on higher mileage s2000s, even stock. The stock mounts allow for a lot of lateral movement and an ETD should minimize that. My buddy has a ct supercharger kit and said the Ingalls etd helped tremendously with engine response (which probably means less movement of the engine).

My S2000s have been supercharged since February of 2001 (Comptech Kit Serial #0003). I have over 170,000 supercharged miles on an S2000 platform. My cars have had thousands of track laps laid upon them. I've never had a motor mount problem with the OEM equipment.

Then you sir are either very lucky, have unicorn mounts or youre driving on torn mounts and dont realize it. Thats crazy.

Would have thought heavy engine braking is when the damage occurs

Well, I found a used Spoon ETD: Anyone with actual experience changing the stiffness on these? I found a YouTube video by a guy down in Australia and he refers to "Street" and "Track" settings. Anyone know about this?
