EPS Light Came On
Ok I finally got my car outa the shop from getting a Custom turbo kit put on and so i was driving it home lastnight and it felt good, well this morning i took it out for another little test drive and my EPS light came on and so i pulled into a 7/11 and turned the car off and when i went to turn it over all it would do is make a Clicking sound, so i waited about 15-20 min for it to cool down and once it cooled down the light went off PS started working again and the car started, so i drove it home and the light came on again.
what could that be?
also when i started up my car lastnight for the first time i hear a knocking noise coming from the valve cover i have never heard that noise b4 i got the kit, could it be timing chain or what? i had taken my valve cover off when it was in the shop to get it powdercoated
thanx guys

Unknown what the knocking noise is. Could be alot of different things, none of them very good.
Where is the turbo mounted? the EPS control unit is on the passenger's inner fender, and really needs to be protected from the heat coming off the turbo.
You'll need the EPS code to figure out what to do next.

yah the turbo is mounted right by the passenger side fender so the heat might be the problem....... now man i was test driving again and i found out that its smoking white mostly at idle is that burning coolant?
