How can you not agree? The numbers and graphs don't really lie. It's not like there were drastic changes in temperature between dynos. I think it's a little ignorant of you to discredit someone who spent over $3,500 to test and tune different sized exhaust to see what is best. What could he possibly gain from all of this? S/C is a completely different beast than a turbo when exhaust comes in to play.
Single will lessen weight and allow for more air flow without venturi effect. I would def check out turbowholesale.com for the Apexi Drift single exhaust. It is 3'' into a 4'' tip. But that is going to be really loud!
I'll probably get flamed for saying this..
I think the phrase often used in the FI forum "I want pick X-brand exhaust that give the best gains for my car" is used too loosely. Since "gain" one would see from an exhaust is relative to rest of your setup.
For example, some body who's running high boost(17+ psi) turbos when they say most gains from exhaust, they could be talking about any where between 10-30HP depending on the current exhaust system which they are upgrading from. Where as in a medium boost SC setup (10-14 psi), the gains is no where near that of a turbo kit.
I've personally gone from a single exhaust system back to a much quieter dual exhaust system, and did dyno of before and after and only found about 5 peak hp lost on my CTSC setup.
So since you also mentioned that you want your car to also be sorta of a "sleeper", I would recommend that you just get the exhaust that you think sounds and looks the best with your car, and something sound-wise you can live with on a daily basis, so you can get the full enjoyment out of your car.

forgive me if im wrong here but headers and high velocity exhausts are used for good scavenging of the combustion chamber during valve overlap, something thats very desirable in NA engines as it naturally removes the last of the exhaust gas and pulls in petrol/air behind it, on an FI engine this is not needed as the Fuel/air forces its way in and pushes out the exhaust gas so IF thats true is it fair to say that the best exhaust for FI is one with as little back pressure as possible ie as large a diameter as possible.
I know a little about this but as they say a little knowledge is a dangerous thing so please enlighten me
