I wouldn't sell it man, I would rather lock it up in my garage and burn it rather than give it away for a fraction of what it cost. Think not only what the parts cost most of us also saved a shit ton of labour doing work ourselves.

My old eg hatch cost me over 20k and sold it for 10.5k I nearly cried when the guy drove it away.

Goodluck with what you decide to do man. Hope you make the right choice!

Manny.

First off.. DONT sell it, and secondly I am so beyond annoyed witht he dive our cars sale prices have taken, its not that they are any less of a car, its that people are too hasty to sell and fall into the low ballers offers.. your car in all honesty would be a STEAL at 30-40K..

Realistically, no one will pay 30-40k for that s2000.

No one will cough up that much cash & banks will not issue a loan for it.

As much as I love Joey's car, I agree. The individuals attempting to sell their S2000's for $40k+ (shockingly, there are currently a few of them in the Cars FS section ) will eventually realize that their only way to recoup money will be to part them out.

I didn't say anyone WILL pay it, but you thinkin that's what I'm saying is half the problem, I know what the cars "market value" is, but honestly 90 percent of the depreciation comes from low ballers and I don't give a f@#k what anyone says, it's true! People accepting dick bag offers for very well put together cars is what drove highly modified car prices into the ground
