It doesnt matter where you use the colors of the wires (ie, black for power instead of the red and red for the ground, etc.) as long as you understand where the sizes of the wires belong and you hook up both ends in the same manner. Larger wires are always going to be for power runs and smaller wires are for signals, etc. It's just supper simple to me I guess.

Really? B/c I've hooked up quite a few things, and that isn't always the case. Why guess? B/c at best that is what you are doing.

Hmm ok I will check it out.. The other thing I'm trying to work out, when you're wiring the pumps up, do u get power direct from the battery? I have basically used up all the sources in the fusebox area under dash(defi gauges, waterpump for ac, turbo timer) also what sort of fuses do you trigger the pumps with?

I wouldnt mind paying a shop to do all this but down here is aus, if u want to do a job properly u need to do it yourself.

Because you're not guessing when you're hooking both ends of the wire up. You know what's hooked up on the pump end in the tank and you also know what's hooked up on the battery end; this isn't something you're hooking up blind. LOL If you were only hooking up one end of the wire and the other end is already pre-hooked up to something else, then yes; you must know the correct way it needs to be wired.

The wire to trigger the pump on and off is already back there; it's the small 18ga stock yellow/green wire that used to power the stock pump. That's the one you use to turn the pumps on and off with the key when you hook it up to the 2 relays switch side. The other 2 main 12ga power wires (green and black) are the ones you hook from the relay power off the battery for the pumps (green for power off the relay and black for the ground off the relay to the pumps or vise versa; it doesn't matter as long as you hook both sides of the wire up the same).

Yes; it uses the stock float and sensor. They come off the stock hanger as one unit and there are tabs that slide into the new twin pump hanger to hold it on just like the stock hanger. There is also a small allen screw that gets put in to lock it in place.

I swear it's not rocket science. LOL

Also the supplied round fuel filter(cylinder with 2 hose connections) where is the best place to mount that?
I'm guessing it's for the feed line because the return remains the same.

And as for the return line (stock barb type) does that just fit on the supplied return fitting?

Sorry guys I have to do this myself because I don't think anyone here in aust will do it the right way without charging me a crapload.

I'm on my phone and can't post up my build thread, but if you search for my build thread about the FB dual pump setup, I have pics in there on the way I mounted the filter. Its basically on a piece of lexan where the spare tire was and the lexan is velcro'd to the car with industrial velcro. This way I can just pull the lexan plate off anytime I need to get to the filter. Everything is also covered with the factory panels and you would never even know its there.

Manny, we put the filter right next to the tank under the car. The return, you just use the stock barb fitting. The stock return is rubber, so you just use our supplied fitting.
