Thats a nice cover man. I'm unable to do that with mine though because my lines run into the trunk where the spare tire used to sit and thats where the filter is, so I have no cover on mine.

It really isn't too loud to me that I notice. I honestly can't even tell that it's not there noise wise, but I haven't had a cover on it for so long I can't remember how much quieter it was with it.

How do you pull this daamn float off it's annoying the crap out of me lol!

Also does the fuel filter (out) face the front of the car or rear?
I am under the impression that out faces injectors

Manny, pull the stock fuel pump out and you'll see how the level sending unit has to be removed from the plastic housing. The detents are pretty tight, I put the assembly against the workbench so it was well supported and then pushed, it will slide up and then can be pulled out.
