Tried tapping the side to loosen it up, but was a no go.

Ordered this at Sears, going to go pickup in a bit http://www.sears.com/craftsman-10-pc...p-00966196000P

The bolt flange 95701-08090-00 BOLT, FLANGE 8X90 is 0.89 at Majestic. $74 next day air. $8 ground. Called the dealership, $3 4-5 days wait..

Last resort is take the head off, and get it helicoil.

Quick option I use is to drill the middle of the bolt a couple mm, then use a QUALITY phillips head screwdriver and pound it with one decent size hit into the hole you drilled. press down very hard as you try to turn, if it doesn't come right out, move on to another plan like left handed drill bits etc.

success! The bolt extractor broke at the tip, but the pounding loosen the bolt enough to be screwed out.

did you put the base plate on? and retainer height doesnt matter, its the height of the valve stem piece, as that one looks to be the right height.

Made sure to installed the correct intake seat locater. Can easily get the exhaust and intake seat locater mixed up. The valve stem height is about the same.
