your trap speed is low for that much power, like REALLY low. I dont want to scare you but with 480whp Im running with cars that are trapping around 125-128mph. So something is up. Also like others have said you need to leave the line somewhat hard if you want a good time. Make sure the car/ tune is ok and then work on those launches.

I really do not want to have to get it back to the tuner. If I do they prob won't get me in for a month.

[QUOTE=neeman77,Jun 28 2009, 10:44 PM]You were rolling onto it, that really killed you in you 60-ft and overall times. Take a look at my video with street tires. I was still on stock injectors basically maxed out (so approx 320-330hp) and I was able to hit a 12.3. I was using 255 street tires at 18psi pressure. I was launching at ~6500 to get the tires spinning then feathering to get traction. I was able to hit 1.8 60-ft on this run. I went around the burnout box then spun the tires a bit to clean them off, not an excessive burnout.

dude whats your setup. that was a good run

lol come on guys, I doubt anything is wrong with his car.

MPH is highly dependent on power but it also depends on your launch (though not nearly as much).

Your exactly like me, have the power for a 10 second run but lack the driver skill (biggest factor here) and the tires to do so.

a roll and drag racing are completely different. Your never going to see ~130mph trap speeds with only 480hp in this car without a stupid crazy launch and god kicking you in the ass down the line

As I've said he needs to do the ever classic "driver mod"
