Cool im looking for 400 till I can get to e85. Did you relocated them because of heat or to clean up the engine bay?

Anyone’s thoughts on ptp turbo blanket? Considering adding it for extra heat protection. Or any other companies or suggestions? Should be getting the hotside parts back from coating in a week.

They all fall apart after a few heat cycles if you trying removing it. I think DEI has some kinda warranty but they are wicked expensive. I just go with the cheap ones and never remove it and it's been fine.

Alright back again with probably a silly question but figured I would ask th me gurus anyways. It seems the full race mani is a 44mm v band flange for the wastegate. I’m really at my wits end with this whole build because of course I have a 38mm turbosmart wastegate. Would using a 38mm two bolt to 44mm v band flange okay? Or do I bite the bullet and get a 44mm wastegate? Just not really looking to spend another 400 Dollars.

Anybody? Also those who use a 44mm wastegate are you using the coolant option?

Just air, no coolant on my tial 44.

the 38 should be fine around 400whp level. Once you start upping the boost you might begin running into boost creep issues.
