fitment of injectors
In the process of checking the new injectors (RC 1000). I noticed when I slide the top of the injector into the rail it doesn't seat at the top part of the rail. The plastic piece on the injector gets in the way.
When fitting on fuel rail there is now a half inch gap off the manifold. I understand spacers can easily fix this but my concern is the gap between the top of the rail and the top of the iniector.
It seems as though once it creates pressure it will either way blow the rail off enough to spray fuel everywhere, or just puddle out when primed.
Any thoughts about this. Because in screwed as of this point if I need new injectors.
Thses are Bosch style tops also after looking at pictures
