Default Flat spot at low RPM

Hi Guys

I'm running an SOS stage 2, AEM EMS, id1000, walbro 240 around 8PSI.
As per my previous thread the car made great power on the dyno and everything was going well until the clutch release bearing failed the next day ( it was brand new too!)

Obviously in order to change this we had to take the charger / aftercooler back off.
Since getting the car back on the road it seems to be running rather sluggish at low RPM's through each gear, from say 1k-5k it really does not go anywhere it almost hesitates when i put my foot on the throttle until the revs pick up. after about 5-6k it seems to sort it self out and runs/ boosts as normal.
I've also noticed it feels as if it's overfueling at low RPM.
I spoke with my tuner and he wants me to send him some data logs tomorrow but i don't understand how it could be his tune as it was running perfectly after the dyno run etc.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? Partial / full throttle at low RPM seems even more sluggish than when it was N/A so there is defiantly something not right here.
Initially i thought it could be the 02 sensor but it does still appears to be reading as i connected the laptop to the ECU to make sure it was not at fault.

Could this be something to do with my injectors?

cheers

Elliot

You do not post any info about what your AF ratio is in that range. Making smoke? Do you have your vtec crossover changed? Need more information.

Honestly you shouldn't hear much of a crossover when VTEC is set properly, the change in airflow through the engine should follow a smooth path and without an abrupt change in airflow(ie VTEC set too high) then you won't hear a loud crossover.

If the oil pressure sensor doohickey that controls VTEC is bad you could have a problem. Not sure if that is the solution but something to check.

Aftermarket ECU are not dependent on oil pressure sensor like stock ECU.
