Flywheel
I just purchased a stage 3 Clutchmasters Clutch, but I know want to change my flywheel as well because labor is free (BASICALLY) since I am changing my clutch! I was researching and searching on s2ki.com and came to the conclusion for FI aluminum is no good...And steel is the way to go...I am looking through my options for flywheels, and there are soo far Toda (Steel 8.3lbs), Comptech (Steel 9.2lbs), Fidanza (Aluminum IDK anything about it really), and Clutchmasters (Aluminum IDK about this either)...And plesae feel free to add more and give feedback about it...
Also what is the weight of our stock flywheel on the MY05? I read previous posts on s2ki.com of people having horrible and even terrifying experiences with aluminum flywheels...

Does anyone know the weight of the OEM Flywheel on the MY05 vehicles? Also, are there any differences besides weight for the two Flywheels Toda and Comptech...Also, what would be the best for a Clutchmasters Stage 3 Clutch?

Not boosted yet and I run an 8 lb fidanza unit. Friends who drove the S never knew I had an aftermarket unit in there. So streetability is not an issue. I'll have no reservations boosting the S with the aluminum flywheel in there.
I have a 9 lb fidanza on my boosted integra. Compression ration is 8.7:1 and I do have to launch a bit high ~3500 rpm to prevent bogging. The motor also felt more streetable at 9.2:1 compression. Car also needs to be retuned very badly as well.
Hope that helped some.

But I heard of Fidanzas breaking apart in the S2000 tranny I think even HIGHER chance with FI application...I was wondering if anyone knew for sure if this flywheel was safe with FI...Because it can be had for cheap and is around the same weight as most the other flywheels I was looking at but the other two were of metal while Fidanza is made of aluminum...
