Thinking about changing my flywheel with a ultralight one from competition clutch and also i will install a comptech supercharger on my ap2 within the next couple of weeks!!

any benefits?? or just leave it stock??

Oem weight on the Ap1's is 12lbs

Ultralightweight from CC is 10lbs i guess

 

Thought OEM weight was 14lbs less unspring weight, quicker revs, easier rev-matching

Same here, AP1. Nothing beats the reliability/quality of the OEM piece.

 

noob question here.... wouldn't a lighter flywheel be faster cause the quicker you rev, the faster you go???
