I don't think your gonna hit 500hp with out either a 3mm or a meth kit. Your are using a higher reading dyno which will help. He will not be able to turn the boost up past 12- 14psi. If money is a problem I would just tune it as is. Have fun with it, when you get the itch for more get a meth kit or a 3mm and get around 50-75 more hp out of it. I think you should make low 400's on a dynopack. Good luck I really want to see how quick that turbo spools up.

the turbo and mani will hold you back the most. i say low mid 4's on pump and close to 500 on race gas.

cant wait to see what evans can do with it.

yeah see the thing is, a 5857 on a tubular mani will max out around 550ish.

log mani is less efficient, so your not gonna get max potential outa that snail.

i think your gonna be slightly under his numbers do to a smaller turbo.

thats not bad at all though, its sick power!

Those little 5857's can be pushed pretty hard. The next step would be to get a better manifold/downpipe.

You going to run a meth injection kit? I would definitely recommend being in NJ (lack of E85 availability).
