Does pushing a small turbo harder make them wear out faster than using a larger turbo and it working less hard to achive the same result?

I just want to pull on 600cc bikes thats all lol, hoping 500whp is enough.
Well, not happy.
The car was not holding fuel pressure, it would just completely take a dump after 5k rpm. It was only making 200 whp on 70% duty cycle. pump was making weird noise (walbro 255) so we replaced it, still did not fix problem and new one made same noise. Tested voltage and it was only seeing 10 volts. Clamped the fuel pump directly to battery and it saw 13 volts, fixed the problem but still not holding enough pressure. Jeff said he said the injectors to 90% duty cycle and the car was only making 350 wheel at 14psi. So thats what it made. Now i have to figure out why the hell my fuel pump is making the high pitched noise. I know they are supposed to be loud but this thing sounds like its crying.
