Default Fuel pressure guage?

Hello.

I have a vortech supercharger kit on an AP1 (stock kit). I am running lean according ot my wideband O2 gauge although I'm not sure how accurate my gauge is as it is pretty old.

Just before Vtec I'm running in the 12's but after Vtec it climbs solidly up to 13.9

Is there anyway for me to know that rising rate fuel pressure regulator (the blue thing) is working properly?

Should I just get a fuel pressure gauge and check the pressures? What should the pressure be? I have no clue....

Car is going away for the winter, first thing in the spring it will hit a dyno to ensure I am safe. On the stock kit the only thing I didn't do is drill the little hole in the OEM FPR which was added to the manual at a later time, I could do that.

I do wonder if my AFR gauge is reading right mostly because on the track, guys say I shoot flames on upshift so obviously I'm dumping a lot of fuel in there. Heck last track day I went through 2 tanks about 85litres of fuel in 290km on the track.
