Guys, do you know which fuel pump Vortech and Comptech are using in their kits? Is there one that can be ordered identical to theirs if you're putting a kit together yourself? Thanks.

 

It's a Walbro unit.

I've heard that there are different LPH versions but when looking for a replacement so I can sell my SC the only ones available would apear to be 190 or 255 lph. You'll want the 255.

I'm not sure about anyone else, but I have noticed my 255 takes a little longer to prime than the stocker did. And if I try to start the car before it's finished priming, it takes for ever for her to fire up. No biggy to me though...just wait a few seconds before hitting the button.

 

I just put the 255 on, I don't have the priming problem. I don't think that it's the pump. What fuel pressure regulator are you running?
