I would go bigger like 1600cc-2150cc FIC. Just because with the 900-1000cc if you are choosing to go with e85 then you wouldnt see high numbers like 500. 400-450 is the max that the 1000cc injectors will make with e85. If your running pump gas 1000cc will do great.

i agree. problem i ran into was then i have to go twin pump, bleh bleh extra stuff. for now, i am going to tell myself be happy with whatever a rewired walbro will do on pump gas and 900cc injectors. then i will spray meth to make up the extra if i get bored.

i will def be doing boost by gear. i think the spring is 10psi, so that in 1st, maybe 2nd also, then full power 3rd gear on

Same here, spent Sunday taking the Greddy kit off... Got parts laying all over the place now.
my garage looks like a war zone. zip lock bags everywhere with parts in them. tools covering the work bench. thankfully, just a few more parts to remove then i get 2-3 weeks to stare at a useless car until new parts arrive.

Lj's pretty confident in my setup to see over 500 on e85 with 1000cc

1000cc. We feel that 500 is a good safe number with my driving style. Rear end and trans gotta get upgraded before I should do more power.

so after approx three great years roots blown, i have decided to join the turbo crew. my roots kit is going to a fellow member here that is going to experiment with some different setups with it. i am very excited to see how that goes for him. should be a great combo that he is going to do.

as for me, full blown and LJ have been awesome so far to work with. here is the setup so far

aem ems v1 - i had this already
bosch 900cc injectors
full blown sidewinder divided mani
3" downpipe
BW S363 turbo
precision 750 frount mount
full blown intercooler piping
dump tube
2 tial 44mm wastegates
open dumps
tial 50 mm bov
full blown oil relocation kit
arp exhaust mani stud kit

i might use my meth kit. its installed, and works. i havent decided yet.

should be installed in next 2 months. LJ mentioned about 2-3 week turnaround on kit production. so might be in sooner

whoo hoo
I knew it was only a matter of time when I saw your "Look What's Missing" thread. My only advise for you is to heat wrap everything on the hotside, I would HIGHLY recomend the ATP wrap.

I hope the build goes smoothly

ok, turbo selection time.

LJ recommends the 88/75 divided. should i go .91 or 1.00 ?

or should i go 83/75 divided .91 or 1.00?

ugh, decisions, decisions. i am thinking trust LJ and go 88/75 twin scroll 1.00

i edited this becuase LJ def said go with the biggest divided AR on the S363 88-75 i could get.
