Go with the biggest hot side you can in a divided housing. Our motors really get choked up with a small divided housing. Ask me how I know.

Anthony, If you go with a divided, I would run the 1.00. I think we opt for the smaller housing if you were to run a Non-divided. LJ

I know this sounds crazy coming from my setup with just a GT30R, but I went with the 1.06 and couldn't have been happier with the decision.

The bottom line is the the S2000 motor loves to be revved, and the great top end power the F motor makes have a very good synergy when provided a bigger hotside. I know a lot of people talk about lag with bigger hot sides, but you're only giving up maybe a few hundred rpm of rev for a very delicious top end.

I can't find the link, but a while back one of the FI sponsor had made a great post regarding the benefit of running a lager hot side, I will try again to look for it, but it was one of those great post that was posted in someone else's thread.

Yes, these motors are so efficient that it creates a lot of back pressure if you go with a small housing. The A/R on a divided housing is not the same as a Non-Divided. If I remembered correctly, I think a .82 Non Divided is equal to a 1.06 Divided

its not crazy. after LJ told me what he recomended, everyone else with divided setups runs bigger ones too. i am gonna stop over thinking this and go with what LJ first said to run.

88-75 divided 1.00 hot side.
