hey guys just wanna see what kinda 3 inch exhausts u guys are running with the full race kit, i talked to inline about their exhaust in a v band but we wernt sure it would line up properly, so what are u guys running?

 

There is a 3" dual exhaust system I recently completed. I will post the pics tonight. If anyone was at MegaMeet 7 this past weekend, they might have post impressions of it.

 

Is it full 3" all the way, even after the split??

I got a Full Race dual under that assumption but turned out to be 2.5" after the split.

 

We are testing a 3" into two 2.5" mufflers along with a 3" into two 3" mufflers.

The system is 100% TIG welded and mandrel bent polished 304SS with round mufflers and round tips slant cut.

We did a custom 3" from the v-band on the downpipe straight back to a hks 3" hiper muffler. It was loud and droning on highway so we added a magnaflow 3" resonator and that made the exhaust extremely tolerable. I love it.

Hey Matt i went fully custom dual 3" all the way with my ap2 tips
Had them install Thermal RD mufflers, from what i have heard they are the quietest mufflers out there.
Risking not letting enough flow thru for more H/P. I chose quietness and less drone.
My setup is still a little loud and some drone for my taste. Gonna add a resonator.
