hi im N/A right now and planning to change gearing to 4.77 would this be a bad idea if i wanted to go turbo?

Yup, 4.77 would be overkill if you don't plan to race your car only.
I have 4.57 gears with 8psi and I can't imagine having anything shorter.

You have a 2004 car. You really want to drop your top speed down to 129 mph, regardless of turbo?

Like Xviper hinted at, gears have a different effect on 2004 cars than the earlier models. Gears in the 4.56 range would be more like 4.77 for your car, not exactly but you get the idea. Do some searching and reading on this one before you jump into it. Lots of search info on this topic.

Im turbo with 4.77 and lovein it but tire spin is a prob, alrdy getting new tires
