Default Getting my ap1 boosted

I am getting my ap1 boosted soon and the performance shop in my area is confident that they can get me good power on stock compression. I have read mixed reviews about keeping it stock v. a 3mm head gasket. alot of people say the 3mm is great but some have said it messes up the flow in the combustion chamber. i am confident in the tuners so i am leaning towards keeping it stock and it that doesnt work out i will do pistons and rods instead of the 3mm. I havent decided what turbo kit i am getting yet but it's between inline pro or getting a custom one built. it seems like the inline prokit has stood the test of time and i dont think i will be disappointed in it if i got it. if i get a custom kit built I am debating between a garrett gt30 or a gt35. I just purchased an aem ems 1052U. i dont want to spend a ton of money on kit but i am willing to spend at least $8k. my power goals are about 375wheel but i want to keep the option open to up the boost to 450 or even 500 wheel. i am located in virginia near the va beach area and dont mind taking my car to a specific tuner around the east coast if they are like a s2k specialist. the shop i go to builds a ton of cars but not nearly as many s2ks come in like what i have seen on some of the shops mentioned on s2ki. is $8k enough for a good quality turbo kit? what do yall think? should i get a custom kit built or go with an inline pro or another good kit maker? i have been looking at boosting my car for months and now that the time is here i am stuck

inline pro kit will do 500hp with a gt35r (19lbs)(i wouldlike to try a 3076 should be faster spool and make just as good power), i have done several, i do mod it a little, i have the manifold thermal coated, and i weld a 90 on the turbo out put and cut the charge pipe. I do use a 3mil head gasket!.
i setup the aem to daily drive on .9 bar and then control boost thru aem with solinoid, I would mod the down pipe, buy a turbo with vband and mod charge pipe to accept it (ask anyone on here what a PIA to put those DP bolts on and they always seem to fall out)
I have several out here daily drive at 500 hp to the tires and no problems, for the money the inlinepro is the way to go, your 8K budget is a little tight but it can be done.

the inline pro kit sounds good to me because i havent really heard about to many problems with them. i have read and heard from people that the gt35 spools really fast and the same people tell me the gt30 spools up even faster but it wasnt a good idea because 450whp was about its limit where as i have seen gt35 make 612whp on an s2k. i am gonna do more research but i think the main thing i am gonna do is drive a couple cars with gt30 and gt35 turbos and see which one i like better.
