Hey guys,

I've been reading around the forums and I'm so stoked to get my vortech kit in the next couple weeks.

While it's being installed I'm also changing the oil (duh) and spark plugs....is there anything else I should do as well?

Also, what's the best maintenance for superchargers? I change my oil (mobil 1) every 3k anyways, but how often should i check the belt? Should I keep a spare? What other things should I be checking on?

The belt will stretch initially so you need to check and tighten it once or twice in the first couple hundred miles. Spare belts are nice but not necessary. Just change your oil and have fun.
