i'm extremely familiar with emanage ultimate. you need to just use a standard obd2 scan tool and get a sideband but you have to understand how emanage works. its technically a piggy back and you have to approach certain things differently. what injectors, etc. are you running?

injectors: the greddy setup, which should be RC 550 injectors.

exhaust: the greddy down pipe and straight back from there. theres only maybe 3.5 feet of straight piping after the test pipe that the previous owner welded up with probably a car battery. its terrible. im buying an invidia system today from a local guy.

intake: the greddy setup

it has this kit: http://passwordjdm.com/GReddy-Bolt-o...4566C1880.aspx

FYI- the invidia n1, if that's what you are buying, is probably the worst droning exhaust out there. I would suggest getting a wide band hooked up, fix the exhaust and do some baseline pulls and see where you're at. I know it blows fixing others issues, but there shouldn't be anything major needed.

another question, it has a greddy e-manage ECU on it. i cant believe there is no CEL from this car not having the rear o2 sensor plugged in, which leads me to believe the ECU has probably been tuned by somebody who either knew what they were doing (doubtful) or by somebody who didnt know what they were doing (highly possible) and they programmed it to forget a certain CEL code. what is this possibility? i hope a few of you might be familiar with the e-manage.
OK, you mean the secondary O2 sensor. That's only to check if the cat is in spec. You may run a bit rich and that's a good thing, with lean bad things happen more often. In this case, you should check your sparkplugs to see if they are fouled or not and that's about it.
Basically: no worries on the secondary O2, you should get that fixed but there's no reason to panic.

Not really familiar with e-manage, but from what I've read, using anything else except stock ecu will NOT cause the check engine light to appear. You are basically running on a tuned ecu map that supports the turbo conversion and that doesn't really care what the secondary O2 is doing - but that's a guess.

The white wires are interchangeable, both are power.

the o2 im referring to, is the first sensor from the engine. its the one before the cat. its on my down pipe. im not very worried about the secondary down stream sensor because like you said, it just monitors the cat.

I just replaced the front O2 Sensor on my 2000 year model and still have my old one on hand.
The two white wires go to the pin holes nearest the release clip that you can press down to seperate the connector on the O2 from the connector on the car wiring harness. Holding the connector in the same postion, the black wire goes to the left bottom pin and the grey to the right bottom pin which would be just above the groved side of the connector.
These are the pin locations for the O2 sensor. I do not recall if the wires on the vehicle side matched up color wise or not but assume so.
Hope that helps!
