I installed mine myself, but it took forever. I had never done anything like that before but know about cars. It was actually fairly easy. I also took mine off after about a year because I planned to sell my car but decided to keep it. If you look in my engine bay now, you would never know a turbo was in it.
The increase in power is quite noticable! it is not a monster 400-500 hp kit but it is MUCH different from stock. You will smile quite often and I found I didn't drive my car as hard when I had the turbo. I shifted arjound 6-6.5K if I was driving hard when I had the turbo. Now I rrev it up over 7K all the time! I guess I am just searching for that extra power that I used to have!!
why would you spend the $ to increase power only to short shift at 6.5k RPM while "driving hard" with the turbo?

Because the Greddy kit fills in what the s2000 lacks...lowrange and midrange power. For 99% of daily driving, 6K is PLENTY fast.

I will deffinatly agree with that. I guess i just had a problem understanding the terminology "driving hard" and "shifting at 6k" in the same same sentance

If I'm "driving hard" I shift until my shift beeper is going off...at that starts around 8k
