Default Grinding while accelerating and turning left.

I recently had my turbo off to retighten a bolt on the housing and after I reinstalled everything I have been having a weird grinding sound when accelerating and while turning left?? I had the downpipe off and the entire manifold assembly. When I checked the cold side of the turbo housing there didn't seem to be any rubbing or bent blades so I am wondering if the hot side of the turbo could possibly be rubbing somewhere??? Has anyone else had this issue??

I had a similiar issue with that kit, and if I recall correctly, I had an issue with the turbo rubbing against the frame. Unless you make a huge notch on frame, the turbo will envitably find some piece of the frame to rub against during cornering.

It grinds loud under WOT conditions in a straight line aswell. I can actually feel it in the gas pedal. But it runs fine when not in boost at every rpm.

Huh, well, I felt vibration under straight-line acceleration as well. I had issued with their turbo and down-pipe hitting my frame.

I plan on unbolting the DP tomorrow and checking the hot side fins to make sure nothing is grinding. I may just re-clock the housing and see if that changes anything. If its just the turbo then I will go to a gt30r next I guess. I hope not as I have only had it on the car for like 2000 miles.
