Default guys at SOS...

Im bored...

k and with that i was wondering if i could hook up a BOV to my aftercooler instead of the niffty return system we got? be a sh!ts and giggle kinda thing but deffiently fun.

Do you think this is manageable or am i going to blow the whole thing up? just wondering thx.

Yes, and you do not need a different valve. To vent to atmosphere, you would need a plug for the intake elbow, then take off the hose that passes between the intake elbow and the valve. The result will be more sound, but no added performance. In fact, by giving up the volume of air that is circulating with the valve closed, your tip in throttle response may suffer slightly.

Ok, just to entertain you (and save you from actually searching) you can get a Turbosmart Kompact BOV that connects directly to the 1" hose and comes with a blockoff plug for the intake tube.

Just make sure the valve you use opens at very low vacuum or has a pressure port. Unlike a turbo, the sc makes the same ammount of air volume no matter what throttle opening you have.
