ok i juss got a hot air intake installed in my s2k for sound purposes. well when i looked at the install i noticed that the one-way valve on one of the hoses is "i think" facing the wrong way. my question is which way should it face. if you guys dont know what im talkin about its the little white valve on one of the smaller hoses that go to the bottom of the engine. can you guys tell me if the tappered part is suppose to face the bottom or to the top of the engine? if it is in the wrong way will it damage my car?

You should be able to tell which side it opens to by sucking on it. The side you suck (and it opened) faces toward the intake. Otherwise it would be of no value since there is no vaccuum going the other way.
