Hard to pick....
between Vortech V3 or Karftwerks high boost , mine is 01 with 20000 miles , which is for lapping use , need a little more power to chase some guys with 997 turbo , sti.... , like I said it is a lapping car , so I'm looking for reliable long run 20-30 mins . I think the karftkwerks kit comes with the oil cooler for the engines which is good for lapping ? what about Vortech ?
I see what you mean. The VT kit will offer you more power potential, 425whp+ It does not come with an oil cooler however. You could add one. It comes with a Air/water cooler which offers you less boost loss for more total power but at the sacrifice of some additional cooling of an FMIC.
The KW max is 10psi. Average these dyno anywhere from 350-380whp depending on supporting mods. They do have an oil cooler and come with an FMIC. As far as a complete ready to go out of the box kit, I would say the KW would offer you safer performance for tracking. If you want more power and don't mind making a few upgrades to the VT kit such as the FMIC and oil cooler, then I’m sure you would find use for the additional 50-75whp.
If you go VT, another option would be to keep the A/C that comes with the kit for better boost efficiency, and run a water/meth injection kit. This will provide safer and cooler intake and combustion temps over an FMIC and allow you to run a more aggressive timing map for additional power if you want. It’s a nice way to go, especially for hard use.

I would be very interest in reading a debate between the SC set ups. However I thought they all made around the same HP and used the same blower? I spend more time on the turbo subject but I always like to learn.
SOS
Kraftworks
Vortech
Comp tech
So many have been updated not sure how they all compare now!
Also consider changing your subject line a bit to better describe what info your after.

I know that SOS kit makes more power , but I think it is 13+psi , is it save for tracking ?
ANY of those kits can be safe for tracking.
And it is hard to pick. What are your final goals? Here are some questions that will help you hone in on one kit or another:
1. INTENDED USE
How much and how intensely will you really track it? I mean, are you talking 4x 20 minute sessions every single weekend for several years, or a few HPDE's and autocross events a year?
And is it competitive (to win), or just for fun? This may change what you want to buy considerably--and it may be that you do better to spend less on the SC and more on tires/suspension/braking/etc.
2. BUDGET
How much are you willing to spend up front?
And how much do you plan and have to upgrade the car down the road?
What are you willing to invest if things get a little hairy?
Are you ok with a used kit if it saves you money? Some of the kits are expensive and/or hard to find used, and others are cheap and plentiful.
3. MECHANICAL SKILL
Are you going to work on it?
Will you be able to tune it yourself, whether or not you choose to?
Do you know what everything does, or do you just have a good idea?
Ask this to stay out of trouble.
4. MIDRANGE
Do you value torque/low-end/midrange heavily?
How heavily?
5. METH/RACE GAS/BOOST
Are you considering adding meth injection or using race gas/E85?
Do you want to be able to turn up the boost later if it's not enough power for you?
Are you considering a 3mm head gasket?
My choice is Vortech for many reasons.
Vortech is the only one to offer a Tuner kit, which is it's first bonus as you will probably want to get an AEM EMS or if you have the money move to a Motec EMS.
The cost is VERY low even with the aftercooler. Check out the price difference between the SOS and this kit.
The head unit is self contained so you have less points of failure.
Vortech has the highest quality head unit the Paxton in the SOS and Comptech kit are good but the V3 is better. You can also order the kit short the heat exchanger which would be perfect as with a track car you will defiantly want be careful with heat soak on a Air to water exchanger.
The Kraftworks is arguably the most unreliable due to the high number of sun shaft, tentioner, water pump pulley failures..........
The SOS kit is great if you get the 1220 impeller but the cost is very high comparably.
