Thats a good point(and thank u for clarifying,i thought the pump gas theory was dumb)
when we took the oil cap off there was just smoke pouring out of the valve cover.the car has EXCELLENT cooling,Generally after a drive the hot pipe is barely warm and the cold side pipe is cold. I started noticing right before tune, and after everything was 10x hotter then normal. cold side pipe was almost hot to touch. The car does have a great cooling system: C&R dual pass radiator, and surge tank, setrab 23 row oil cooler. The tuner didnt really like the turbo i had on it, due to the fact of the 2.4 with a smaller turbo, and a gt35 is exactly what i was thinking as far as size. This car was thrown together in 2 weeks (built, and tuned) literally. There was so much i had to do to this thing just to get it safely running. Heres motor wise what the car has. If anyone is wanting to sell a gt35 or trade PM. Thanks for all the help guys, new to boost

The jury is still out on that one.

DC sports makes a turbo manifold for the s2000 chassis? I didn't even know that!

DC actually doesn't make it for the s2k..these are a one-off stephan papadaski (spelling) AEM drift car..there a p.o.s personally speaking.they basically made a NA header and welded it up as a turbo manifold.I personally don't care for DC exhaust. The waste gate flange was completely cracked through along with 30 other welds from previous cracks..I ordered STR cast iron manifold.-t was hard finding a top mount manifold.I have more then enough clearance with this chassis going top mount so I stuck to that..still procrastinating on taking the head off.will post pics tonight for you guys

The shop who built this are personal friends with Brian crower and. From what I was told the setup on top is rock solid..if I'm correct it has a stock head with a bc exhaust cam..possibly an intake cam too but it doesn't have the BC markings on it.(Rust me I wish I built this motor myself so ik wtf is up with it

Heres the pics for you guys.. Looks like a head gasket so far, no cylinder wall scuffing or piston damage as far as I can tell for now. Need to take pistons out, but it requires pulling the f**** motor out with this chasis. Post more pics later

I'm not sure you have to pull the motor out to remove pistons. Just drop the sump and undo the rod bolts.

The motor isnt in an S..its in a 94 s13..Bought the car off a guy in Cali. The clearance with the oil pan is a problem because the cross member is damn near against it. Heres a few more photos below? Anybody know how to paste them directly to the reply box instead of clicking on a link?
