I figured it was a matter of time before someone caught the p.s pump lol. Motor isn't in a s. Car has fd35 p.s pump in place of the AC.
Can stock headstuds be reused?

Isn't this ur third blown motor in a year? Either poor assembly or very bad tune in my opinion.

I've heard OEM studs can be reused without issue, but I have no experience with this.

Technically ive only blown one. The motor was pretty shot when I got it. Blew cast pistons last year. This is technically my second rebuild. But I see your point.

It was making this horrible metal clunking sound. Not like a spun bearing etc, more like no oil in the head. So I turned it off after only 5-6 secs. I then turned it over again and same thing. I did this 2-3 more times for periods of 5-10 seconds. I then pulled the valve cover off to make sure nothing was ruined.the oil in the pan looks fine (checked from dipstick) Everything looks cherry, except for this......

If you look at the back bolt head has "milk" on it. I barely even noticed this. The oil in the head was slightly discolored. Pulled plugs there all fine. Then I scoped the top of the pistons. And every single one of them except cylinder 3 has droplets of water.
So at this point I'm assuming the head gasket. Any help would be nice. I'm still waiting on a phone call from my tuner.
Here's a slight mods list
Cometic 2mm hg (2 layers removed so a 1.6ish)
E85
Arp head studs

also, this motor tune and all has barely 30 miles Max on it. Or a run time of 2 hrs Max. Most of which was on the dyno.
Do a leakdown before you assume you have a blown head gasket. With E85 it isn't out of the ordinary to see "milk" in the crankcase after the car sits for a while without being started or not letting the oil get up to temperature. It's more than likely condensation from the car sitting and the oil not getting hot enough. If you could get a video I could be of more help to you.
