Default Heatshield with Skunk2 header?

Hi there,

I recently bought a supercharged S and its fitted with a Skunk2 header and a J's racing engine torque damper.
Now there is no heatshield on, and the A/C lines ar wrinkeld in a anti heat blanked.
My question is which heatshield you are running with the Skunk2 header beceause the OEM doesn't fit anymore?
.
Sorry for the bad writing I'm from the Netherlands and my writing is not that good

(Welkom oude van Mitchel toevallig?)

As far as I know, there is no off-the-shelf heatshield available for the Skunk2 header.
A very effective alternative is to heat wrap and/or ceramic coat the header.

I believe they're talking about the heatshield that comes attached to the stock header. Not the one that goes between the battery and fuse box.

I mean the Heatshield between the battery and the header. The previous owner sad that the oem shield wouldn't fit any more.

Nope, that’s bullshit. It fits. He was just too lazy to put it back.

Maybe you need a hole for the damper to fit it.
